It was awesome – put it that way. I got what I wanted out of it and more. My property settled for $3,300,000, I was happy to settle for $2.5 and with Nathan obviously I got more, I was happy. I never paid commission. He was direct and someone that I could trust. I always liked someone to put something down when you sign but I trusted Nathan and we went along with the contract. He is direct and that’s what you want, not people to bullsh*t you, that’s a person that you would like to sell your place or buy your place. So today is a happy day for us. We've been dealing with Land Direct for the last 12 months or so, and our property finally settled today. I just like to recommend Land Direct to anybody at all. We have had nothing but pleasure – we’re being treated with courtesy, and it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Nathan himself has been tremendous for us, very supportive in many periods of time that was a concern to himself as well as us. And I just like to say to any property owners go with Land Direct because Land Direct itself will look after you look after your personal cares and whims and will also give you the results at the end.

I’m very pleased that I was able to deal with Land Direct. Land Direct and Nathan has been the Managing Director of the company – has always been very much up front and very easy to deal with and a very honest person. It's very hard to find these people these days. Even though the contract unfortunately failed, all I want to say to people if you deal with Land Direct and also Nathan, you would have no trouble in dealing with a man who is honourable and trustworthy in his dealings with you and I am sure that you would be happy with the outcome.

Well, when I got the phone call from Nathan, I was very surprised and very happy about it – that it was going to be sold as a development site. Then I thought Nathan was going to be the person - definitely. He was very good at speaking to me and explaining everything to me. I felt like I could really trust Nathan and Land Direct. I thought that was really good – they seemed to be a really good company so that’s why I stayed with him. I did have other phone calls from some other developers. But I did choose to go with Nathan because I felt confident with him. I’ve really appreciated the money that we got. And I have shared it with my family as well, and they are extremely happy. So, it has made life really good for the family, for all of us. There was no commission.
